In large-scale venue renovation projects, the collaborative efficiency of high-altitude operations and material handling directly determines the project schedule. Recently, in the upgrade and renovation project of an international sports center, LEAD SKYLIFT compressed the originally planned 90 day construction period to 54 days through the coordinated operation of vehicle mounted aerial work platforms, scissor type aerial work platforms, and electric forklifts, increasing efficiency by 40% and creating a remarkable "new speed of venue renovation" in the industry.
Project Challenge: Complex Matrix for Large Venue Renovation
The sports center needs to complete the replacement of the roof waterproof layer, upgrade the lighting system, and reinforce the guardrails of the audience seats during the off-season, facing three core
challenges:
① Risk of vertical crossing operation: Roof operation and ground material transportation need to be carried out synchronously, and traditional equipment is difficult to achieve efficient collaboration;
② Space accessibility limitations: narrow internal passages in the venue, insufficient turning radius for large equipment, and the need to protect the completed epoxy flooring;
③ Environmental protection and noise constraints: During the renovation period, it is necessary to maintain normal operation of the surrounding area, and the equipment must meet the requirements
of low noise and zero emissions.

Technological breakthrough: 3D collaborative combat system
In response to the special nature of the project, LEAD SKYLIFT has developed a three-dimensional solution of "high-altitude ground intelligent scheduling":
1. High altitude precision operation layer
Vehicle mounted aerial work platform: relying on a maximum working height of 38 meters and a horizontal range of 27 meters, it covers 90% of the rooftop work area of the venue. Its ± 5mm
micro motion control accuracy ensures the accuracy of lighting circuit welding.
Scissor type high-altitude work platform: designed with an ultra narrow body (width ≤ 0.8 meters) to pass through the grandstand channel, achieving a "zero turning radius" turn around in the
audience area, and completing night welding operations in conjunction with a silent mode (<60dB).
2. Ground efficient logistics layer
Electric forklift cluster: equipped with a low-temperature resistant lithium battery system, it can work continuously for 6 hours in an environment of -10 ℃, completing the transportation of 5
tons/hour of steel structural components.
Through an intelligent scheduling system, task linkage with high-altitude platforms can be achieved - high-altitude workers can send requests through terminals, and forklifts can automatically
deliver materials to designated lifting points.
3. Intelligent Command Center
Based on the BIM-5D model, simulate the entire process of work conflicts and resolve 132 equipment cross risks in advance;
The digital twin platform monitors equipment power, location, and load in real-time, dynamically optimizes scheduling instructions.
Technical highlight: Hardcore performance supports maximum construction period
① Seamless connection process
Electric forklift forks are equipped with hydraulic adaptive pallets, which are precisely connected to the lifting points of the aerial platform, reducing material transfer time to 3 minutes per time;
The 360 ° continuous rotation function of the aerial vehicle achieves "multi-point and multi angle operation with one positioning", reducing equipment movement frequency by 70%.
② Green construction guarantee
The entire range of electric equipment ensures that the noise level at the construction site is controlled below 65dB and carbon emissions are reduced to zero;
Forklift solid rubber tires and suspended chassis design achieve zero damage to epoxy flooring.
③ Adaptability to extreme working conditions
The high-altitude vehicle is equipped with a biomimetic stability system, and the platform shakes ≤ 3cm in strong wind environments at the venue ventilation openings;
The forklift battery module is equipped with self heating technology to cope with the low-temperature environment in the venue basement.

Industry value: redefining the boundaries of collaborative work
This project validates the three major values of multi device collaboration in complex scenarios:
1. Economy: Equipment collaboration reduces labor costs by 35% and increases overall project revenue by 22%;
2. Reproducibility: This model has been promoted to more than 10 types of large-scale public construction projects, such as airport terminals and subway hubs;
3. Technological foresight: Provide practical examples for the development of "multi machine intelligent cluster operation" standards in the construction industry.
When the boom of the aerial vehicle dances with the fork of the electric forklift in three-dimensional space, and when the data flow in the BIM model is transformed into an efficiency revolution
on the construction site, LEAD SKYLIFT proves that a true industrial grade solution is not only about providing equipment, but also about building a highly collaborative and self optimized operating
ecosystem.
This is not only a victory in the project schedule competition, but also an innovative answer sheet delivered by China's intelligent manufacturing to the construction field.
